Hilary Anderson – Continuing a Legacy of Dance
Hilary Anderson is the Principal of the Gillian Quinn School of Theatre Dance, carrying forward the vision and values established by her mother, Gillian Quinn. Growing up in the studio, Hilary learned from an early age that dance is not only an art form but a discipline that builds confidence, resilience, and joy.
Inspired by her mother’s dedication to high‑quality training, Hilary has continued to develop the school with the same commitment to strong technique, musicality, and nurturing every student’s potential. She has expanded the school’s programmes, introduced modern teaching methods, and upheld the high standards that have defined the school for generations.
Hilary’s teaching reflects the ethos passed down to her: clear, structured training, respect for the foundations of ballet, and a warm, encouraging environment where students feel supported to grow. Under her leadership, the school remains a place where dancers of all ages can develop their skills, express themselves, and become part of a long‑standing tradition of excellence.
